Boy in the red suit...

When we got home this evening, Son donned his new suit and went for a walk.  As he closed the door behind himself  I could hear him having a little chuckle to himself!  Well I suppose no one knows who he is...

I am a cider drinking but no I don't have a brand new combine harvester!

Today I have spent a long and tiring day at LAMMA, where I have seen more tractors and farm machinery than I ever thought possible.  I feel so disturbed I have taken to drinking cider and singing Wurzle songs! It wasn't all bad - as you can imagine it was a show predominantly visited by males which meant no queues at the ladies (well at my age you need to sort your priorities out!)

A little late but hey with only 4.6% of the year gone it is still very new. Like a new pair of shoes worn for the afternoon just to break them in!  I'm not a huge fan of New Year's Eve, I understand that it has to happen but it always fills me with dread as the blank unused year before me looms up! But this New Year was different, we were invited out to friend's (and we accepted!) I'm taking that as a good sign for this year.  I felt it important just to upload a few pictures to remind me of the year that has past...

There are still a few more to come but they are still on my old and battered camera.
