It seems ages ago that I wrote, although I have been busy snapping with my camera. Where to begin...

We've been canoeing. It was all going very well until I swapped my trusty canoe for one that was possessed by the devil!


We decided to join the National Trust this year. The first property that we went to see was Calke Abbey:

Despite the rain we had a fantastic time. I managed to find some reduced price Cath Kidston hand salve and the kids climbed trees!

The walled gardens were amazing and we bought fresh produce.
